Decisions made in Brussels, London, and other capitals around the globe increasingly shape whether startups can raise funds, access markets, and scale worldwide. When the rules of the road aren’t clear or keep shifting, they affect product timelines, increase costs, and make investors turn away. That’s true for early-stage founders trying to get to a first raise, and it’s true for scaling teams trying to expand into new markets. ACT exists to bridge the gap between startups and scaleups and policymakers for a policy environment that rewards and inspires innovation.

What is the Developed Tour?

We built our Developed Tour around a simple idea: put startups, investors, and ecosystem leaders in the same room to talk honestly about what’s working, what’s not, and how to advocate for a regulatory environment that makes it easier to grow and scale a startup or small business.

Each stop is a community event, first and foremost. Some will be more casual and connection-led. Others will have a bit more structure, so we can dive into what’s changing in the funding environment, what’s slowing growth down, and where policy decisions are creating friction. At every stop, the goal is the same: reflect on what founders and investors are dealing with right now, and harness those insights to make a sharper, more practical case for policy environments that support investment, competition, and innovation.
