Over the past decade, we have witnessed how incredible growth in the mobile marketplace is changing the way Americans care for their health, teach their children, conduct business, and consume entertainment. The future of this thriving App Economy will depend on how the Commission addresses incentive auctions and the IP transition. We pledge our support and encourage the FCC’s newest commissioners to find solutions to these issues that allow consumers to continue to benefit from the mobile devices and apps they have come to rely upon.
