This week, 30 mobile apps developers from the Association for Competitive Technology are coming from all over the U.S. to Washington to talk about the mobile apps economy and the issues small business technology entrepreneurs face. ACT Members will share their stories with Members of Congress about the fastest growing part of our economy, discussing how intellectual property, spectrum scarcity and mobile privacy are important to this marketplace.
