Jonathan Zuck appeared on Fox 5 News WTTG to offer viewers tips on how to avoid tech support scams.  WTTG Weekend News Anchor Audrey Barnes (@AudreyFox5DC) uncovered the story when she discovered Accokeek, MD resident Linda Harper had been the victim of a phony tech support call that took over her computer and emptied her bank account.  Jonathan advises viewers to ask for a phone number and return the call if they are unsure about the caller’s legitimacy.  If you can’t get their number, be suspicious.  Always make certain you know who you’re talking to.
