Indian mobile market will grow rapidly over the next five years

According to InfoWorld, “[n]ew research has confirmed that India’s mobile phone market is set for a period of fast growth, with revenue from cellular services expected to jump by more than 18 percent each year for the next five years.”

In a different article, InfoWorld reports that “[t]he anonymous researcher who claims to have crafted a Mac OS X worm said Tuesday that he or she will report his findings to Apple Inc., but added that the Cupertino, Calif. company ‘has a very long way to go’ on security.”

The New York Times writes that the “World Trade Organization made a last-ditch effort on Tuesday to salvage stalled global trade talks by asking the United States and Europe to lower their barriers to farm imports in return for greater export access to India, Brazil and other developing countries.”

SFGate.com reports that “[t]he Chinese government has launched a campaign to limit the number of hours teenagers spend online playing games.  Under new rules that took effect Monday, Chinese Internet gaming companies must install a program that requires users to enter their ID card numbers. After three hours, players under 18 are prompted to stop and ‘do suitable physical exercise.’”
